Default labels and emails
For task types that generate a pdf like quotes for example, you can set the default label for the heading so that it could say quote, requested quote, estimate etc. and additionally you may want to email the quote directly from the system and the text that shows up when you create an email has a default text which can be changed.
For each task type, you have the option to export and email documents directly from the WIP item. Do+Track will automatically fill in the email text block using the text that is set for each task type. You can edit the default text that is stored for these emails by hovering over the ‘settings’ tab from the navigation bar, then by selecting ‘default labels and emails for task types,’ from the dropdown menu. You can edit the text for each task type and click save.
